1. About ForeShiloh
ForeShiloh Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is in Sheffield, South Yorkshire. Contact: daniel.kiing@foreshiloh.com.
These terms apply to all services provided by ForeShiloh, including the AI Masterclass, Exploration Month, Architecture partnerships, and Education programmes.
2. AI Masterclass Bookings
When you purchase a Masterclass ticket (Standard or VIP), you are entering into a contract with ForeShiloh Ltd for attendance at the specified event date and venue.
- Tickets are non-transferable without prior written consent from ForeShiloh
- Each ticket admits one person only
- You must bring your own laptop (charged, with a modern web browser) as specified in the booking confirmation
- Dietary requirements should be communicated at least 7 days before the event
3. Masterclass Refund Policy
We want you to attend with confidence. Our refund policy for Masterclass bookings:
- Full refund if you cancel more than 7 days before the event date
- Within 7 days of the event: no refund, but your ticket can be transferred to another person at no cost. Just let us know the name of your replacement
- No-shows on the day: no refund
- If ForeShiloh cancels the event for any reason, you will receive a full refund within 14 days
Refunds are processed to the original payment method via Stripe. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
4. Exploration Month
The Exploration Month is a one-month engagement where ForeShiloh builds your first AI automation and demonstrates the value of an AI Operating System for your business.
- The Exploration Month begins on the date agreed in your onboarding call
- Full money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied with the work delivered during your Exploration Month, request a refund within 7 days of the month ending and you will receive a full refund
- You keep all work product delivered during the Exploration Month, regardless of whether you continue
- Continuing beyond the Exploration Month into an Architecture partnership is optional and subject to a separate agreement
5. Architecture Partnerships
Architecture partnerships are ongoing engagements at a fixed monthly price. Terms are set out in the individual partnership agreement signed at the start of the engagement. The key terms include:
- Fixed monthly price for the duration of the contract (12 to 24 months)
- Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice
- All AI systems, automations, and integrations built during the partnership are owned by you
- ForeShiloh retains the right to use anonymised case study data for marketing purposes, with your consent
6. Education Programmes (Schools)
School programmes (Teach Me AI) are delivered under a separate agreement with the school or Multi-Academy Trust. Pricing, scheduling, and scope are agreed in advance with the school leadership team.
- All instructors are DBS-checked and NSPCC safeguarding certified
- Free taster assemblies carry no obligation
- Cancellation of booked curriculum sessions requires 14 days notice
7. Intellectual Property
- All AI systems, automations, and custom-built tools created for you during an Architecture partnership or Masterclass belong to you
- ForeShiloh retains intellectual property over its proprietary frameworks, methodologies, and training materials
- Masterclass attendees may use the skills and knowledge gained for any purpose, but may not reproduce or redistribute ForeShiloh training materials
8. Limitation of Liability
ForeShiloh provides AI consulting, training, and implementation services. We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes, revenue increases, or time savings. Testimonials and case studies on our website represent individual results and are not guarantees of future performance.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
9. Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Personal data collected through our website, booking forms, and services is used only for the purpose of delivering our services and communicating with you about your booking or engagement.
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, which has its own privacy policy.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will always show the most recent version. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
